Above the sky and deep down under the sea

All things alive at once are breathing with me

My body-mind and yours are only a dream

Feeling the difference vanish

Below the waves and far out over the sky

All energy’s a flow of circular tides

The universe expands along with my mind

Breathing in I take in energy feeding me from the earth and the sky and the sea and it flows into me

Breathing out I release all the poisonous haste and the negative waste of our times

I release it from me

Breathing in energy

Breathing out

Released and set free

The moon, the stars, the wind, the rocks, and the sea

The animals, the plants, these strange human beings

These forms seem manifest as separate things

Yet as we breathe, I feel you melt into me

Melt into me, Lover

Melt into me, Universe

Melt into me, Starlight

Melt into me, Mountain

Melt into me, Forest
